💳 How do I complete payments via UPI?
When you initiate a service booking, you will be redirected to our checkout screen. Scan the QR code or copy the UPI ID shown on the checkout page. Pay using GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, or BHIM. Enter the UPI Transaction ID and click Confirm. Once verified, you'll be automatically redirected to our success screen.
📜 What is the Digital Health Passport?
The Digital Health Passport is a lifetime timeline view of all your pet's medical histories. Every time you register vaccine inoculations, checkup prescriptions, or medicines, it updates in a single, timeline sequence that you can easily export or share with boarding houses or clinics.
🛡️ How does provider verification work?
Every service provider (vet, groomer, walker, trainer) must set up a professional profile specifying bio, address, and experience. Administrators carefully review submitted documentation and audit profiles. Only verified professionals are listed publicly.
🔌 Are there API endpoints for mobile apps?
Yes! The entire PetCare Platform is built with future mobile client support in mind. All business layers are accessible via our Sanctum API `/api/v1` prefix. You can generate bearer tokens to register, login, create pets, fetch health passports, and submit reviews from a Flutter or React Native mobile client.
